Buyers using ShelterX in ChatGPT
- Contact an agent: use the WhatsApp, phone or email buttons on the listing card. They open the agent's own contact details. ShelterX does not handle enquiries for the agent.
- Report a listing: ask ChatGPT to report it, for example "report this listing as unavailable". You can also email us with the link to the listing page. We aim to review reports within 3 business days.
Agents
For questions about your account, registration review, Houses or payments, email us from your account email. See How it works for agents and our Refund Policy.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct or delete your personal data, email contact@shelterx.property from the address on your account. See our Privacy Policy for your rights and how long we keep data.
If we invited you to join ShelterX and you do not want more messages, use the opt-out link in the message we sent you, or email us.
Registration misuse
If someone has registered with your REN, REA or PEA number, use our registration misuse form.
What to include in your email
- The link to the listing or agent page, if your question is about one.
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- For agents: the email address of your ShelterX account.
