What we do
More and more buyers and tenants start their property search by asking ChatGPT. ShelterX makes sure that, when they do, they find real listings from real agents. Registered agents publish their listings on our website, and buyers find them through the ShelterX plugin in ChatGPT.
We are not a listing portal. The website has no public search or browse: it is where agents manage their listings. Buyers see listings only in ChatGPT, and through the link-only listing and agent pages that agents share themselves.
Why listings on ShelterX are clean
- Verified agents only. Every agent's registration (REN, REA or PEA) is checked before they can publish, either through a personal invitation or a manual review against the LPPEH (BOVAEA) register.
- One listing per property. The details that identify a property are locked once a listing is published, so an old listing cannot be recycled as a new one.
- Listings you can trust. Agents keep their own listings up to date, and a listing that several buyers report as unavailable is paused until we review it. After the beta, listings also expire unless the agent extends them.
- No paid placement. Results are ordered by how well they match the buyer's request, how complete they are and how recently they were updated. Nobody can pay to be shown first.
For agents
Publishing a listing costs 1 House (RM1); during the beta listings don't expire, and after it each House keeps a listing live for 60 days. Every new agent receives 10 free Houses once per registration number.
