This policy explains how ShelterX Property, operated by METAKORE SDN. BHD., uses cookies and similar browser storage. In short: we only use what the website needs to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that keep data on your device without sending it to us with every request.
2. Cookies we set

3. Browser storage

Your short-lived sign-in token is kept only in the page's memory and disappears when you close or reload the page.
4. Third-party cookies
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-up and sign-in forms are used by a person, not a bot, and may set cookies for this. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google sets cookies on its own domain when you use Sign in with Google. See the Google privacy policy.
- Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud. See the Stripe privacy policy.
5. Your choices
All the cookies above are necessary for the features they support, so they are used even if you choose "Decline" on the banner; declining means we will not add any optional cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you will then not be able to sign in. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
